Tammy Romine Unlike all the other fireplace providers we had used in the past, Joe was able to easily diagnose and fix the internal smoke problems we have experienced for years. Beyond that, Joe identified and helped us resolve all the combustion air supply problems as well, allowing us to continue to utilize our fireplace more, with confidence and safety. We will be relying on Joe and CCC (Custom Chimney Care) for all our future fireplace and chimney maintenance needs. Furthermore, we will contact Joe and CCC for the upcoming installation of our garage heater.
